Thoughts going through

Passive or Active?

Publié le 28 Novembre 2014 par Ania^R

We are made of things we possess. There is an equation between the amount of things owned and the open-mindness.

Yet again, I'm coming back to the sinusoid where the top value means equilibrum of possessiveness and of who/how we are.

Thinking about Passive and Active form:

Active:

  • What you have in stock - house, car, books and clothes, tools
  • Stocks and savings (if any)
  • Any income one might have

Passive:

  • The capital of your life, the "frozen" values
  • Deads owned to the banks or friends
  • The sold of the accounts that one might not want to think about.

In theory, the active should equal the passive.

In theory only. Cause we all know that life is made of unexpected things and things that do not fit to either part. By the end of the day, what we have is y=/x(dx)-a.

If we keep the possessiveness out of our lives...

So, are we active or passive in our lives?

What is the most important?

I think the answer to this question is more complex as we are mostly emotional. Often little rational and realistic.

And therefore we humans enjoy being entertained. We like watching funny, exciting shows, movies, and plays.

We love good music and we enjoy watching a great stand-up comedy. We need to laugh, cry, tense up from excitement, experience emotional highs and lows, and we enjoy the activation of our adrenal systems – whether it’s due to something happening to us in real life or to an imaginary character on a screen somewhere – because we have the equipment necessary to experience all those things, and we need to use it. Feeling sensations, emotions, excitement, then, is a prerequisite for being a healthy, happy human.
